Shri Johny Joseph, IAS (Retd.) (Born May 29, 1949) :

Hon. Former Chairman, IIPA / MRB is an Indian Administrative Service officer of 1972 batch. He graduated from Trivandrum Engineering College with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Shri Joseph held important assignments in Maharshtra State such as Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister's Secretariat, Municipal Commissioner of Mumbai. He was appointed as Chief Secretary of Maharashtra & then Upa-Lokayukta of Maharashtra.
